Tertiary Information for Year 13 Students

Applications for Tertiary Study

Students intending to continue their study at any tertiary establishment (University, Polytechnic or private provider) should ensure that they are aware of closing dates for their particular course.  Anyone requiring assistance should contact Mrs Browne.

University Prospectuses are sent to the College as they become available.  In some cases the University forwards them directly to students.  Students should ensure they attend the course planning sessions at the College for their chosen University.  Enrolment is on-line.

Halls of Residence Applications

Applications for Halls of Residence at the various Universities usually become available on-line from 1st AUGUST.  These applications have to be at Universities by the middle of September but students are advised to get their application done on-line as soon as possible.  Once a student has submitted their application on-line, a Common Confidential Reference Form is generated and submitted to the College.  The completion of the Common Confidential Reference by the College is extremely time consuming so please submit your application for a place in a Hall as close to 1st August as possible.
Students may apply for a Hall of Residence at more than one University and should apply even if there is some doubt whether they require a place or not.

End of Year Testimonials

Students will be able to apply for Testimonials during Term 2, 2016.  Information will be made available closer to the time.
