Extracurricular Arts Coordinator Vacancy

We have a vibrant extracurricular arts programme that includes a variety of arts events and activities for our students including drama, dance, visual arts, music and kapa haka and have a great opportunity for someone to join our team as Arts Coordinator.
Working closely with the Arts Director to deliver an amazing extracurricular arts programme, you will help with organising, promoting, managing and supporting a wide variety of arts events and activities. From co-ordinating the various activities and student participation to completing the behind-the-scenes administration, you’ll be helping to showcase our students’ talents in this varied and interesting role.
You will have an interest across the arts spectrum, enjoy working with young people and be student focused in your approach. Your organising, administration and communication skills will set you apart and you’ll be comfortable prioritising what needs to be done, working both independently and with the Arts Director.

This is a permanent part-time position working 20 hours per week during term time, starting at the beginning of Term 1 2023. Some additional work outside normal term time hours will be required.
