All Year 13 students will be attending the RYDA programme on Wednesday 9 May at the Southwards Car Museum.
This programme involves students attending six interactive sessions. In small peer groups, they are challenged to change the way they think about road safety; participating in a stopping distance demonstration, devising personalised strategies, gaining an understanding of their individual risk profile and getting tips from road safety experts on how to protect themselves, their friends and family. This is a programme that focuses on all aspects of decision-making about road safety, not just for drivers but also passengers and pedestrians.
There is a charge of $15 for this day of workshops. Thank you for your support of this important life skills initiative.
Check out the RYDA Flyer for further information and also this short video clip.
